Aloo parantha in Buenos Aires

AND you thought it was tango all the time. Well, I was doing that, but poor Gloria Gangte wasn't that lucky. Especially after sunset. As I walked on the cobbled sidewalks in Buenos Aires, admiring the enormous barbecues grilling "parrilla"* (the national dish), digging into the medium-done "Bife-de-Lomo" with chimichuri sauce at Recoleta Village opposite Eva Peron's cemetery (beef steak was never better), Gloria Gangte was busy cooking mostly aloo paranthas or yellow dal and rice. Eva Peron's cemetery Because Mr Q was not generous enough with the vegetarian spread in Argentina. Ah, come on, Mr Q was never generous. He is making us pay up for his tango in Argentina. And our own Thomson and Thompson (Dupond et Dupont) could not get vegetarian Indian pizza anywhere. They are part of the PETA brigade, you see.
