Motivation Seminar/Session to politicians of India!!!

Is/ Are there any motivation seminar(s)/session(s) to the politicians of India once in every quarter/6 months about corruption , about their work/performance in that quarter, what is the plan/work a politician is taking up in coming days to the goodwill of the society, any new ideas which politician can make better place or improve the place, what are the steps a politician taken to reduce corruption, or just a review how much money a politician made in that quarter and how much is the cut over to the party? or just to motivate politicians to make money in some or the other way? I wanted to ask this question to the party leaders as a ruling party is corporate company where each politician is like team member of that ruling party. Do they have any session(s) like this?
