5 years on, Nitish's Bihar is smiling

The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) ruled Bihar for the last five years on the development plank. When they came to power they said that the 15-year Rashtriya Janata Dal rule in Bihar had pushed it to backwardness. The NDA sought a chance from the people of Bihar to bring the state back on the path of development and complete the pending development work under the able guidance of Nitish Kumar, the chief ministerial candidate of the NDA. Fifteen years of Lalu-Rabri rule had led to a total ruination of Bihar on the developmental front. So five years is a very short period for the all-round development of Bihar. On the other hand, the RJD-LJP combine totally disagreed with the claim of the NDA and Nitish Kr. The Congress, which is fighting this election independently, has credited the central Govt. i.e. the UPA government for the development and set aside....
