A wheelchair-bound politically born-again Chief Minister aspirant who seeks a second term. Undeterred by his not-so-great physical health, Jogi is trying to surge forward. For the grand old party of India, Jogi is the only ray of hope. He is the only Congressman to have been elected from the state to Parliament. However, his track record is not clean. Corruption, graft, murder -- there are numerous charges against him. For Raman Singh, however , the story is different. A clean image he may enjoy. But that has not guaranteed him unconditional support from his party folks. He too, has had to face factionalism and infighting within the BJP. For a state mired in development issues and growth, what is the way forward? Inclusive politics?
