In the second installment of the 10-part video blog series, we visit the Tsinghua University. Here's all the campus buzz and much more:

OFF TO THE UNIV

It was our second day and the very first visit to a Chinese university. We were excited at the prospect of interaction and debate with the students there. I really thought I would get a great story. A story from inside a sort of insiders look at the Chinese student life.

Sadly, that was not to be. We were herded like cattle and wandered about like tourists across the campus.

CHINESE LIKE THEIR POP!

We ran from one point in the university to the other till I finally managed to catch up with some Chinese students. First impressions: they are like university students. They like their music, are passionate about what they are studying and girls love shopping (no surprises here!). They particularly like Indian clothes and many dream of visiting Sarojini Nagar and Janpath.

'WE LOVED THE CAMPUS'

Many had never seen such a well-kept campus. Most of us couldn't stop taking pictures. We like the facilities, the cleanliness and the women :)

WHO SAYS CHINESE MEN CAN'T JUMP?

Yao Ming is the Chinese NBA star and there are many more in the making. The Chinese may be Communists but the students take their basketball very seriously. Take a look at the video, our man cut some serious moves and had a hip-hop song to go with his routine. The skaters were also really good. So who says Chinese Men Can't Jump?
