Terms & Conditions for 'The Budget Jackpot Contest'
- The Contest is organized by ibn18 Broadcast Ltd (ibn18) and is open only on July 6th between 8AM – 6PM.
- Prizes are –
• 10 winners will get 1 LED TV each. - To participate in the Contest, the viewer will have to SMS the correct option to 51818.
- The winners will be selected in the following manner
• Round 1: ibn18 would shortlist participants basis the correct entries / SMS received on 51818
• Round 2: ibn18 would call the shortlisted candidates to ascertain if shortlisted candidates are eligible for the prize. Post this, another round of random selection will be made from the eligible shortlist and finally 1 lucky winner will be selected.
• The same process will be repeated to select the 9 winners. - In case of a tie, there will be a computerized based draw for selecting the final winner.
- The Prize(s) shall not be transferable / redeemable for kind. No request shall be entertained by ibn18 in this behalf.
- This contest is open to all persons other than the employees of ibn18 & subsidiaries and their families, as well as those companies & their subsidiaries sponsoring the contest.
- ibn18 is not liable for any warranty either expressed or implied concerning the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize.
- ibn18 shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that maybe suffered, or for any personal injury that maybe suffered, as a result of participating in this contest or using any prize.
- ibn18 accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize shown.
- ibn18 accepts no responsibility if the prize shipment does not reach in its actual form.
- The decision of the Judges/ibn18 management shall be final and binding and is non-contestable. No correspondence will be entertained on the same.
- ibn18 reserves the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
- All applicable taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of prize/s, shall be payable by the winner of the respective prize. Winner must have a valid PAN card to claim the cash prizes and has to submit a copy of the same before receiving the prize
- Taxes and levies on winnings may be imposed by Central, State and Local government authorities from time to time and Contest winners are fully responsible in this regard for the same.
- All costs and expenses for collecting the prize will be borne by the winner and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by ibn18 in this regard.
- ibn18 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused to the Prize after handing over the same to the winner/ his/ her assign(s).

- The prize winner has to claim the prize basis the terms and conditions listed within 15 days of receiving the confirmatory letter from ibn18 beyond which the prize will be forfeited.
- In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of ibn18 shall be final and binding on all concerned.
- The Management of ibn18 & subsidiaries reserves the right to cancel / postpone /stop / alter this promotional activity at its discretion.
- All contests shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the contests are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only.
- Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.
