In India, there has never been shortage of indignant cases like Ruchika's case, which blatantly exposes the loopholes existing in our legal system, meant to dispense justice to the public. Perhaps, accustomed to getting justice for such cases after a decade or so, the fact that the culprit former Haryana chief S.P.S.
