In my opinion there is a big shortage of good managers/Tech leads with 8-12 yrs experience in particularly in the IT product development space.There is a demand and and this will remain stable for next 1 year as there is recession and people will not switch jobs so easily.

The attrition rate is around 10%. In product development space we want employees to stick for a longer period then only we get the desired results.Our tips to retain people is Train them continuously, compensate for the good performance and Give them more responsibility
