Obama completes one year of being elected President. How would you rate him?

It's been a year since Barack Obama was elected as President. A year that has seen the US go through its worst possible economic crisis. How would you rate the US' 44th president's term so far?

A very young leader with unique qualities. Had he been not elected as the President and entrusted the resposibilities, the world economy would have been something different and bringing to normal would take a decade or so. The world is slowly coming out of the present economic crisis by his cool and positive approach and capability to handle all issues in a polite manner by taking everyone in to confidence. I wish him to complete the term successfully.

Its never easy to clean up a mess.

Within one year, President Obama has done the best that he could and is still doing his best.

There is No magic Wand or a miracle that any one can get help from.

The results usually take a long time to be felt.

Good thing is that he in control and the matters have not gone any worse than what he inherited.

There are signs of an improvement.

Patience is the virtue here.

Obama has come in with the burden of huge expectation, thanks to his exceptional oratory.Changing the world's mindset toward's US seem to be his prime internation objective. And due credit goes to him ,in slowly but steadily spearheading the transition of viewing US as an ally to to world peace and justice instead of a threat to it.But for an average US citizen one wonders how life has changed before and after Obama ??

He has won the NOBLE PRIZE, what more can one achieve in one year ... !?

Posted by asdeep2s at 05:15 PM, Nov 03, 2009

bang on, buddy- this itself has entailed soooo much effort. needless to say the nobel foundation guys must get their heads examined - or perhaps they were floored by obama's suits!!

Posted by abhicnr at 05:08 PM, Nov 03, 2009

i am also fan of obama but He was not deserved to win the Nobel Prize, He got Nobel because he is president of US, thats all..even obama is shock for his Nobel Prize.... I think this is too early to give him a award.
Why Mahathma gandhi did not get the Nobel, why Obama.
Dis Obama work more than Gandhi for maintaining peace???
if you ask obama also, the answer is NO..... EVEN NOBEL PRIZE COMMITTE DOES NOT GIVE ANSWER FOR YOU?f
you can find many people who worked for peace more than obama, why this nobel committe has not found them because they are not in US,
