State government warns party workers against blocking movie.

Entire thing is manupulated by Congress to divert attention from double digit inflation and spiraling cost of living. People are committing suicides and they do not have time for them and are more worried whether Paki cricketers get fat contracts or not. They say that don\'t mix sport and politics. What is worth noting is none of Pakistani cricketers have ever denounced bloody attack on Mumbai when hundreds were killed and thousands were maimed and damage to property was to the tune of thousand crores! let Pakistan Cricket Control Board and players denounce terrorism and see what happens.

Isn't it awful to note that even the general public requires security even to watch a movie? If the hooliganism of Shiv Sena continues at this pace, then it would challenge the very existence of our democratic principles and this situation is as dangerous as infiltration of terrorists into our territory!

Shiv sena is digging its own grave over this agitation against screening of Khan's film. Many film goers will not go to watch the film, many will stay at home if their offices, colleges, schools and business establishments are near the theatres where this Khan's film is being screened on 12/2. Such people will blame the sena for all problems they will cause. So the Congress, realising this, is keeping mum as it will gain in future elections.

If I was a theatre owner (fortunately I am not one) I would certainly play safe. Poilice protection is for a limited period of time. What happens after is a moot point.

Look how the Maharashtra Government and the Mumbai Police are fooling theatre owners. Mr. Manoj Joshi, who owns the biggest and oldest theatre Maratha Mandir, clearly stated displaying the letter issued by Mumbai police, when he asked for security. In the letter, Mumbai Police have asked him to install movie cameras besides keeping first three rows vacant. Mr. Deasi expressed his displeasure stating that why under such circumstances he should screen this film ?
This makes one thing very clear that the Government of Maharashtra are unable to provide the security as agreed, as they never expected this issue to spread all over Maharashtra.

Yet again the Sena hoodlums are obnoxiously challenging the writ of the State government and making a mockery of the State's law and order machinery by vandalising some of the cinema halls by tearing down film posters and damaging the cinema screens. At present it's Shah Rukh Khan at the receiving end of their utterly unjustified ire; soon their attention will turn to someone or something else for equally absurd and untenable reasons. It's about time the State government showed some gumption and got rid of these perennial pests, wont to destroying peace and harmony in society for no reason but to seek rank publicity, by blasting the lot with a lethal dose of law and thereby proving it to these lawless goons and their eccentric leader that law shall prevail whatever it takes! Otherwise the State government's tall claims of its prevailing writ will only end up becoming the butt of people's unkind jokes. Besides, by shirking its onerous duty the State authorities are only emboldening criminal elements to break law with impunity. Law must deal with outlaws harshly and not treat them with kid gloves.

Q:What all political parties doing when Marathi manus fighting with each other on the issue of 'My Name Is Khan' Movie?
Because >90% of people from shivsena & Police Dept. are marathi....So,Plz think about this & solve the issue.....
