Haapy that Manu Sharma's life-sentence has been upheld but unhappy too as it has taken 11 long years to punish him.
There is something basically wrong with our judicial system which is so tardy and time consuming. Will a way be found for quick disposal of justice in such murder cases?.

The most important question is - why had the trial court given such an absurd judgment. It had exonerated Manu Sharma of all charges due to lack of evidence.

The Delhi High court and subsequently the Supreme Court of India have punished the accused but had it not for them the trial court had vindicated the culprit.

So the question is whether there is any need for trial courts where the rich and famous wield their power?

The second question which is a known fact but of utmost importance is the validity of the idiom - 'justice delayed is justice denied.' How many families in India can stand up to the snail pace of the judicial process to get justice. The answer is a resounding 'few'. Hence, we see to ramifications of this. One is that most give up and the culprits roam free with more sense of immunity. Second is the aggrieved party takes law in their own hand. The bottom line is the judiciary rather than providing justice has become a cause for more unlawful activities.

He should be hanged and this is not sufficient who is educated and with his rich background is just getting with the murder and unless the government of India does take tough stand we will only influence the youngster who are powerful with their family wealth and power will only take the wrong directions in life, if we have to bring a change than this person needs to be h andged to death.

Yes, though late. When will Prathiba of bangalore get justice. Her case is being delayed.

Jessica got justice through media, no one should deny that. I request media to intervene with prathiba's case also. In prathiba's case, it is not the potholes in judciary, but the system which is rotten that is causing the delay. The driver who killed an innocent girl brutaly should be given death sentence.

Yes to a great extent one can feel satisfied at the judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. It shall strengthen the confidence of the people in the legal system. If high-profile people like Jessica are not safe in Delhi then who is? The brats of the high-profile people should be put on the leash with such kind of judgements. They kill innocent sleeping laboureres on the road at midnight and walk away free. A Lawyer even played his role in getting him set free.

The case against Manu Sharma was damaged at the trail stage and by the judgement of the trail court and in the given circumstances the Supreme Court has given the correct judgement.

Only a death sentence will send a right signal to all those who take women's lives the very easy way.

Court has acted rightly. Only thing is it has taken 11 years and media pressure to get the truth. Hope Manu will reform in jail and come out a BETTER PERSON. The SC has that opinion too, I think....
