This unholy passion for anything and everything "Bollywoodian" has created so many myths which bear an all-encompassing fascination for the uninitiated and the young-at-heart; the Bachchan monolith has developed cracks all over and the younger generation scion bears not a patch on the acting abilities or the sheer screen presence of the patriarch. The screen does magnify all personalities - we know that - and though they say the "camera never lies" we also know what the make-up whiz-kids and the lighting crew can do at any shoot. All the "Ravan" follow-up events will not succeed in taking the egg off their faces in this one; all these attempts will finally lie classified as last-ditch efforts to salvage a sunken vessel - Eye can-dy - or I can die ??!!!
