Whose child is it?

Manjhee is all of nine days, has two mothers and yet has nowhere to go. Born to an Indian surrogate mother in Ahmedabad, the baby's Japanese parents split before she was born. The law doesn't allow her father, a doctor, to take the baby. Whose child is it?

dont let the child to suffer in a juvenile home or such thing
