Is the Indo-US nuclear deal India

Is the Indo-US nuclear deal India's biggest foreign policy initiative since the 1971 Bangladesh war? | Should the Tatas pull out of Singur?

This weekend, Rajdeep Sardesai takes up the issue of the much-debated Indo-US nuclear deal.

Certainly,
The nuclear deal will give us the status of a de-facto nuclear power. We will then claim a distinction from the other countries in race with us for the UN security council seat.
It will put us in league with the Chinese in foreign policy and the shadow of our pakistan centric foreign policy will be gone for ever.
Along with this we can also diversify our electricity generation means. This will help us assuage the feelings of the countries pointing finger at us for being the main polluters along with the Chinese.

It is too early to comment on that. It will be understood after
20 years when we would see the result of this.

One thing is certain, the loyal media would definitely get the uninterrupted power supply from now itself.

" Can CNN-IBN post on this site the bare 123 agreement alongwith the hyde Act and other relevant documents for the benefits of its readers to help them form their informed view" ?

Probably they may not have access to those documents. Hence all the media have put in their power in this make-believe publicity.
