Septuagenarian Vijay Malhotra is being projected as Delhi's Chief Ministerial candidate for the BJP. He has also been entrusted with the responsibility for ensuring that the Bharatiya Janata Party returns to power after a gap of ten years. Malhotra, who has been involved in door-to-door campaigning, is confident that anti-incumbency will be at work this time and the people of Delhi will vote for change. Can he pull it off?
