Analysing the Pakistan-Mumbai terror issue aired through different newschannel, i'm of the view Its not India's coercive diplomacy but Pakistan's diplomacy

1. Pakistan wants to put an end to Ajmal Amir Kasab's stain at all cost. Ajmal Kasab is a living proof of pakistani terror links. In order to tender contract of killing of Kasav to indian underworld operating from Pakistan and assuring that Kasav is still alive, supporting pakistan system, the pakistani media aired Kasab is dead. In reply, India through its media published live photo of Kasab. Now, Pakistan is determined to excecute Kasab/ take Kasab to clear the living evidence. Furthermore, it wants to prove to the world, Pakistan wants to solve the 26/11 mumbai massacre but India is delaying the process by not handing over Kasab for interogation in Pakistan.

2. Pakistan fears war with India. India is now supported by world community and the global community had a clear picture on Pakistan's terrorism on India through the evidences provided in dossier of 26/11. Now, if India wages war, international communities affected by 26/11 will cooperate with India and Pakistan will fall weak.

3. Pakistan is trying to unite all Islamic countries based on sympathetic religious brotherhood. Al Qaeda/Taliban has no interest over India but Pakistan is trying to cover and use Al Qaeda/taliban to give India a fear lesson but it is ignoring the fact that Al Qaeda/taliban would engulf Pakistan.
Now, Al Qaeda/taliban offers a friendly arm as it is eyeing Pakistan nuclear power as detailed by Abdul Qadeer Khan -ex nuclear scientist and father of nuclear program in Pakistan. . After acquisation of Pakistan nuclear warhead, the terrorist organisation would act as supremo over the world showering terror for those who do not follows thier code of conduct. The video terror threat to India by Al Qaeda ,is a friendly gesture for Pakistan by Al Qaeda. Al Qaeda's main target is US where world economy could be destabilised in a stroke where as Pakistan's and indian underworld residing in pakistan's main target is India

The point to be discussed would have been not how Pakistan was made to accept the charges but the ways and means to have further development in the case. India should reciprocate to the Pak dossier containing some 30 or so questions and replies should be sent to them.

It is childish or hoodwinking or taunting to say that we made some one to bow. Instead let us accepts gracefully the intent of the present government in Pakistan--a first ever some what democratic government.

Let us see our own house. Arush murder still remains elusive.

No one can say that India is

It's just a war won not the battle as Pakistan has tried to buy time for itself as it was under tremendous international pressures which was getting too too much to bear. We should not lay back at this point and ease the pressures being exerted on them.

PAk has always been a haven for terrorists! I don't think they counted on anybody being caught alive.. hence the "deccan mujahuddin" cover up story.. But thanks to the excellent work of a few brave policemen Kasab was caught! The world especially the countries involved in the "war on terror" like US and UK are all badly hit by recession and are thinking of cutting down the aid they provide to pak !Also the change in the US Ruling party and recession meant not only lesser aids and a more thorough observation of what the aids are used for! India also wisely din't take up arms but rather followed diplomacy... It was for the world to see that pak's statements were inconsistent and hardly made sense to anybody with half a brain!! For now they can run but they have no where to hide!

No way, World pressure has pushed Pakastan in a corner. India should have acted more firmly.

Pakastan is a rogue country, which the whole world is aware of.

You wait and see nothing will happen and the criminals will be free in Pakastan.

sir, I agree that criminals will roam free in pakistan.. They always have... It would perhaps be intelligent to isolate them from the rest of the civilized world.. And that is what india is trying to achieve!

I don't think India has any influence on pakistan. because the citizens of many other countries , like USA, UK and Israel were also killed Pakistan was forced to act by USA. pakistan needs money and USA can withhold that.
Besides when the heat is off Pakistan may quietly release these jehadis. they have done that before.

While on the face it seems that the coercive diplomacy has worked, the whole incident and the admittance by the Pak govt is a whitewash. It is an attempt to generate pity and support from the world including Uncle Sam and showcase that they themselves are victims. They will never book the army generals and ISI directors involved here since that will bring forth the true intentions of the Govt.

Though some are rejoicing at this move by Pak, I think we should be more cautious at this juncture and think of the ways Pak could divert attention and use ways of getting away with this heinous support and sponsor of terrorism that it has been rightly accused of all these years.

Darling this is India we only believe in dialogues, its like RAMUS film staring RAJ KUMAR (a dialogue with pakistan...JAANI Kasab pakistani tha , ahi aur rahega...) .

I mean look at Israel, Hamas thinks of some attack on Israel...and Israel attacks Hamas, now that's what I feel India too should do, where will the dialogues lead, the Indian ruling party is just wasting time in dialogues.

Worst part is that Narayan Rane gave an statement in the media that he knows whos involved in the attacks but he will only say when the time comes and next we hear congress calls him to join the party back, so who's to be blamed, none but the we the people who vote them...its high time WAKE UP INDIA...

Pakistan has only yielded to the pressure from U.S. India should claim the entire cost of damage, cost of rescue operations and compensation/ insurance paid to all victims, including foreign nationals, with penal interest. This is the minimum that India should extract from Pakistan.
