There was high drama during Home Minister P Chidambaram's press conference in New Delhi when a journalist threw a shoe at the minister.

In my mind journalist's profession is highly respected, therefore a journalist is expected to show high moral of conducts. Jarnail Singh act of throwing shoe on home minister is highly regrettable. In fact personal emotion does not have any room in journalism. I have full sympathy with him and his community for outcome of CBI report. I strongly hold politicians responsible for manipulating justice for their own benefit.

This SIZE TEN throw was not aimed at Chidu's persona! It is a
symbolic gesture of protest against all pseudo-secularist,vote-bank aimed, self-seeking, morally bankrupt and thoroughly double standard, opportunistic political agenda pursued by the UPA.When it is Varun Gandhi et al,these masked paragons preaching secularist virtues spew fire and brimstone, conveniently choosing the selective amnesia route in the cases of 1984.IT IS A CRY IN THE WILDERNESS, OF HELPLESSNESS, OF PENT UP FRUSTRATIONS VOICED BY AN ENTIRE COMMUNITY'S COLLECTIVE CONSCIENCE that the perpetrators of a gross act of genocide have gone scot free, whoever they may be!

Many more shoes are awaiting for congress leaders when they visit TAMIL NADU for votes, for SRI LANKAN TAMIL ISSUES, it is Tamil Nadu who overwhelmingly voted congress government to power in 2004, it is the backstabbing of congress by helping sri lankan government against tamil genocide, so many shoes are awaiting for congress leaders if they visit tamil nadu.

Anyhow Congress deserves this kind of treatment, I am happy to see and hear this.

The present Indian Government is not really protecting India and its people. Common Indians on the streets really are not safe. This government is really not secular. The government initiates action only there is a possibility of getting votes. This government will sacrifice anything for the sake of votes. Under the sun everybody knows that it was Jagdish Tytler who steered and led the attack on Sikhs after the assassination of Indira Gandhi. To ease the way for Tytler to contest in the ensuing election it forced the CBI to give a clean chit to Tytler. The collective anger of Sikhs community was reflected in the journalist who flung the shoe at PC. Though he deserves for it, it was not on PC it was on the UPA government. The question is whether it is the shame for the shoe or PC.

The journalist then threw his shoe at the minister, saying 'I protest'. It is the first of its kind incident in India but throwing shoes at political leaders like P.Chidambaram has become a high-profile form of protest. The trend was started by an Iraqi journalist who had thrown shoes at former US President George Bush at a press conference in Baghdad last year , But Really it is a crime we never show our protest like this , he is our Home Minister , this effect our image of our country .
