SIR
I HAVE BEEN WATCHING YOUR SHOW ON CASTE TELECASTED TODAY AT 20.30 . I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST TO TO PLEASE PICK INFORMED PEOPLE OR MAKE AT LEAST BASIC RESEARCH ON THE TOPIC. I AM 59 YEARS OLD FROM BRAHMIN CASTE AND ADVOCATE BY PROFESSION AND HAVE ONE DAUGHTER AND SON AGED 26 AND 27 AND BOTH DO NOT CARRY ANY CASTE WITH THEIR NAME AS I AM ADVOCATE OF CASTE LESS SOCIETY BUT I KNOW HOW I HAVE TO FACE GOVT. AND PEOPLE. IF YOU WISH TO GET PAN YOU CAN NOT UNLESS YOU HAVE A SURNAME. BOTH MY CHILDREN GOT PAN BY WRITING NAME IN PLACE OF SURNAME. BANK REFUSES TO OPEN ACCOUNT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SURNAME. THEY ADDED SHARMA AFTER THE NAME OF MY SON WITHOUT ASKING US AND WE HAD TO FIGHT TO REMOVE IT AND THE PROBLEM WAS SORTED OUT ONLY BY THE HELP OF A REGIONAL LEVEL OFFICER.
HOW FAR IT IS IMPORTANT IF ONE IS FROM BRAHMIN FAMILY BUT WHOLE FAMILY IS ILLITERATE. IT IS EDUCATION AND WORK WHICH MATTERS AND NOT THE CASTE.
REGARDS

Hello Rajdeep,
It would be nice if IBN regularly invites MP's from a state and the immediate losing MP of that constituency to debate what the MP has achieved for his constituency ? this would educate people about the MP's + additionally your TRP will go up

Dear Sir,
It is nice to know that ultimately every Indian will have the "Right to Education"
But what is the use of education if those people who are supposed to impart education are involved in corrupt practice.
Here at Thane City Exams for NIOS Sec & Sr.Sec have been going on since 1st week of April. Students appearing for these exams are mostly school dropouts, Kids with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Minor Physical problems and Poor families.
I am very sad to inform you that copying is in full swing only for those children who have paid Rs.15,000/- what is the purpose of this type of examination.
For the Practical exam these people had threatened the kids to pay Rs. 400/- onwards if they wanted marks.
This matter was brought to the notice of Delhi NIOS HQ who brought this to the notice of AI at Thane the same day. The next day People from Pune & Delhi were present at the centre.

Hoping that things had changed people had kept mum, but today 3rd May 2010 for the Word Processing Paper things had not changed the coordinator was still asking for money.
We educate the children to stop corruption & practices good values but what are these kids going to do if they have to face these types of situations even before starting their career.

Don’t you think this is frustrating?
There is still one practical exam left on the 5th May 2010 we have one chance to expose them. Is it Possible Sir? For the sake of those kids who want to make this world a better place to live?

Thank you,
Jude D’souza

Dear Mr. Sardesai,
Do you think that the media surveillance on preparation for the Commonwealth Games should be more than that of the Medal Tally?

Can we have a comparative study of the Indian Football Team tactics and the tactics of the teams playing the WC.
Awaiting Your Response.

Regards,
Pratik Sarkar.

subject: radiation leak in ghatkopar,Mumbai

This not a radiation leak due to any radioactive chemicals it is due to actively corrupted politicans. It is quite interesting that in city like Mumbai it quite easy for politicans to grab land with their collegues the Land mafia .This land mafia was sleeping for last 50 years and didn't realise the he has a land in Mumbai and not to godrej who has not sold a piece of land in that area. POOR Godrej can't do any thing because every time they (BMC) demolish it he bring a stay order on it. Now on a stay order from court how can he built fences, get electricity and 24 hour water supply (sounds good).
I pity on the godrej for lossing their land to land mafia(or politicans) . Do you also feel the same sir Rajdeep Sardesai.
