The blogger who writes without inhibitions is often far sexier than the real person

quote
Bindaas Bindi Bloggers

HG: When you first started writing on Bridal Beer... and no one knew who you were... did you find yourself creating a persona really different from your real life?

BB: Yes

HG: How so?

BB: Because I can't say the word dick in public. And it finds its natural home in a blog.

After studying in the US, Bridal Beer came back to a joint family in Kolkata. Her description says: Single, 20s, was briefly in love. I was in New York for long enough to miss it. Now I am in India, training to be a wife-for-life to a relative stranger (not a stranger who is a relative, we don't do those).

Her family is trying to arrange her marriage but in her blog she muses about her ex-boyfriend, a Jewish American left behind in the US.

It's in cyberspace, the urban woman throws off stifling morality. It's in cyberspace that a girl who had an arranged marriage and is now divorced at just 22, can lust after a married colleague.

Anonymous bloggers are colourful personalities. The blogger writing without inhibition is sometimes far more sexy than the real one.
