CAUTION NOTICE FOR PURCHASE OF SHARES OF GLOBAL BROADCAST NEWS LIMITED

To all persons resident outside India including Foreign Institutional Investors ("FIIs") and Non-Resident Indians ("NRIs") who are desirous of buying or selling or trading or dealing in the shares of Global Broadcast News Limited ("GBN/Company"). The Company brings the following to the information of public, investors and brokers.

As a news broadcasting company inter alia the following are applicable to GBN: (a) Industrial Policy (Press Note No. 1/2006); and (b) the guidelines for up linking from India dated December 2, 2005 issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting ("MIB"), Government of India ("Up Linking Guidelines").

Public, investors and brokers are advised to consult their own legal advisors as to what restrictions may be applicable and to observe such restrictions.
