BJP functionary killed in road mishap near Indore
PTI | 03:12 PM,Dec 21,2011Indore, Dec 21 (PTI) Two persons, including BJP district functionary Dinesh Mukati, were killed and six others were injured when their car fell off a bridge at Agar near here, police said today. Mukati (44) was the General Secretary of Ambedkar Mandal of Indore district unit of the party, and succumbed to his injuries at Bombay Hospital this morning, a party spokesman said. Another victim identified as Neelam was a close relative of the BJP general secretary, while the injured are reported to be members of the joint family, police said. According to police, the victims were returning from Nalkhera village when their car nosedived 20 feet after the driver of the vehicle lost the control when it was crossing a bridge at Agar, around 70 km from here, last evening.
