

Missing person's body fished out from Jhelum river
PTI | 10:01 PM,Jan 28,2012Srinagar, Jan 28 (PTI) A mutilated body of a man, who was missing for more than four months, has been fished out from Jhelum river here, police said today. The body of Mohammad Amin Kaloo, a resident of Mehjoor Najar locality of the city, who went missing on September 17 last year, was fished out by the police from the river near Amira Kadal bridge. An investigation has been launched to ascertain the cause of Kaloo's death. Another body of one Mohammad Maqbool Bhat was recovered from Domail-Narbal, 12 km from here, on Srinagar-Bandipora road yesterday, the police said. Bhat was a resident of Pattan area of Baramulla district.
