Night running of trains to remain suspended

Guwahati, Jan 20 (PTI) The North East Frontier Railway has decided to cancel seven trains from today due to security reasons in the run-up to the Republic Day. The trains will remain cancelled due to operational constraints of security piloting of trains from Friday till further notice, Railway sources said. The cancelled trains are 15771/15772 Alipurduar Junction-New Coochbehar-Kamakhya Intercity Express, 15769/15770 Alipurduar Junction-Lumding Intercity Express and Alipurduar-Guwahati Passenger. The other trains include 55617/55618 Guwahati-New Bongaigaon Passenger, 55903/55904 Mariani-Furkating-Mariani Passenger, 55909/55910 Simaluguri-Dibrugarh-Simaluguri Passenger and 55907/55906 Dibrugarh-Ledo-Dibrugarh Passenger.
