CHENANI : Preethaa K Ganesh of Vaels Billabong High International School has secured the fifth all-India rank in the recently held ICSE examination for Class 10 and topped the school with 96 per cent marks. She scored 668 out of 700.
She is the daughter of school founder Dr Ishari K Ganesh.
The school achieved cent per cent results in the examination. This is the first batch of students appearing for the ICSE examination from the school.
Divya Sundaresan secured second place with 95 percent and Aluri Smitha Rao third place with 93.7 per cent.
The ICSE curriculum tests higher order thinking skills of children. The evaluation gives a reliable record of students’ attainment.
