14-year-old girl killed by domestic help

Noida: The 14-year-old daughter of Dr Rajesh Talwar, a dentist with the Fortis Hospital in Noida, has been murdered.

The blood-stained body of Ayushi Talwar, a class 9 student of Delhi Public School, Noida, was found at her Sector-25 house on Friday morning. She was stabbed thrice in the head and once in the neck. Her mother is also a dentist.

The servant, Hemraj, was employed eight months back, and has been absconding since Thursday night.

Police have taken the body for post-mortem.

Noida Superintendent of Police (City) Mahesh Mishra said, "The parents were sleeping when the murder took place. The maid came in the morning and was she who found the body of the girl on the bed. Her throat was slit. The servant Hemraj, of Nepali origin, is missing. He was introduced to the family by a servant who was earlier working for them for the last eight years. We've his address and some of his close relatives have been picked up. The motive appears to be out of rage because her throat was slit."
