Panaji: Two people were arrested in Goa on Saturday in connection with the Diwali eve blast in Margao in which two members of the Hindu group Sanatan Sanstha were killed.
The arrests were conducted on Saturday morning by the Special Investigation Team in Ponda, 30 km from Panaji, police sources said.
The police are expected to formally announce the arrests later in the day.
