Click to play videoKarnataka: The Gujarat police have picked up two more suspects of the Ahmedabad blast from Bijapur in Karnataka. One among the two arrested is a dentist.
Sources revealed that the two hail from Talikota in Bijapur district.
They have now been taken to Ahmedabad for further investigation.
One of the suspect is a dentist and identified as Salim Ahmed.
The second suspect is Ali Khan Pathan. A top police source also confirmed that Salim Ahmed is from the Al Amin College in Bijapur.
In the last 18 months, twenty six persons, allegedly members of the banned SIMI organisation have been arrested from different parts of Katnataka.
Interestingly, among those arrested 18 are either doctors or engineers. All of them are believed to have direct link with the terror activities.
