25-year-old man burnt alive in Delhi

New Delhi: A man has allegedly been burnt alive at Vikaspuri in the capital. The badly charred body was found in a passage between two residential apartments on Monday morning.

The 25-year-old's feet were tied up and he is yet to be identified. Police say a newspaper vendor saw the man on fire on alerted others.

However by the time help arrived, the man had already suffered 100 per cent burns. For now, Police is taking it as a case of murder and say that he was doused with kerosene and set on fire.

A case under sections 302 and 201 of the IPC has been registered and no arrests have been made so far.
