Sajjad Alam, 61, who assisted in transport of arms and explosives, was found guilty. Fiaz Mohd Khan was also found guilty in aiding and abetting terror.

Another key accused Sharif Khan Abbas Adikari was found guilty under the Customs Act.

However, Ashfaq Kasam Havaldar was acquitted of the same charge for want of evidence.

All the accused are charged with taking part in conspiracy as well as in landing operations of arms and explosives at Shekhadi coast in Raigad district and transporting them to various places.
