James Bond returns with Quantum of Solace this weekend and apart from Daniel Craig it's the new bond girl Olga Kurylenko who's grabbing the headlines. Our entertainment editor Rajeev Masand met up with Olga in London, where she talked about being the first Bond girl who didn't go to bed with Agent 007.

CNN-IBN: There is a story about how you managed your role for Quantum of Solace?

Olga Kurylenko: Yes, there is a story that lasted for two months and a half, and yes there were three auditions all together. The first one in Paris which was a general one then I was invited to London to meet the producer and the director and I did a different audition which had a different text, different scene.

Later I got a call for the last one with Daniel Craig and that was the first time I met him. Only after three to four months after that I got a call. So it was a long process.

CNN-IBN: Was it a big deal for you when you got the phone call?

Olga Kurylenko: Yes, of course I just couldn’t believe it.

CNN-IBN: The character that you play is not that of a typical bond girl, she is not just a glamourous distraction from the 007 but also the only bond girl who doesn't sleep with bond. Was that interesting for you, because here she had a character for herself?

Olga Kurylenko: Yes it is interesting and not disturbing in this film, because they are just so busy and they don't have a moment to start romance. It is so busy for them, there is lot of action and they both are much focused.

CNN-IBN: You've worked in interesting films, you have been in Hit Man and Max Payne as well, what is the best thing about being in a Bond film?

Olga Kurylenko: Well, because it is the biggest movie in the world.
