New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Executive member Arvind Kejriwal will hold a meeting with party volunteers at Samtha Sthal opposite Raj Ghat on Sunday afternoon. Tweeting about the meeting, Kejriwal said, "Moharram today. So youth rally won't take place. All youth wud assemble at samta sthal opp Rajghat, have discussions n disperse. I'll b dere." The AAP is expected to hold another meet at 6 pm which will be for National Executive members.

Kejriwal also tweeted the time and venue for his party's launch on Monday. "Tomorrow, the launch of party is @ jantar manter @ 12 pm."

Kejriwal and his co-activists held a mega meet in the capital on Saturday where they chose the party name, adopted its constitution and decided its structure. Elaborating, AAP National Executive member Yogendra Yadav said, "The party will have a national coordinator who will be elected... A Political Affairs Committee at the national level that is kind of a politburo. The National Executive has 30 seats... Today 23 members were chosen. National Council will be the broadest body. The party will have a Secretary and a Treasurer, but no president or general secretary."

The meeting with the youth volunteers would be held at Samtha Sthal opposite Raj Ghat, tweeted Arvind Kejriwal.

Yadav added that apart from Kejriwal and himself, the following were some of the other National Executive members: Prashant Bhushan, Mayank Gandhi, Gopal Rai, Kumar Viswas, Anand Kumar, Manish Sisodia, Subhas Bare and Ajit Jha. He said that Shanti Bhushan was not a member of any body since his son Prashant was a member in the Executive. "Two members from a family cannot be in the party," he explained. "The same structure will be replicated at district and state levels," Yadav added.

Kejriwal tweeted afterwards saying that all those who would be present at the iconic protest venue of Jantar Mantar in the capital on Monday would be known as the founding members of the party. In another tweet, he invited all to become the founding members of AAP.

The Congress, however, not to be outdone, staked claim to the name 'aam aadmi', saying that it has been synonymous with the term since the party's inception in 1885. Union Minister Manish Tewari said, "Nobody can hijack the intrinsic relationship between the Congress and the 'aam aadmi'."
