"Jan Lokpal Bill will not see light of the day till the time our politics changes," Kejriwal said.
Kejriwal said all those who would be present at the iconic protest at Jantar Mantar on Monday would be known as the founding members of the party. He invited all to become the founding members of his party.
The national council will next elect a 30-member national executive which will be the party's highest decision-making body.
