Mumbai: You never know what life has in store for you, and who knows it better than Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
After making his Bollywood debut in Sarfarosh (1999), he went on to do a bit role in Peepli (Live) before striking gold in the Vidya Balan starrer Kahaani. Recently while working along with Aamir Khan in Reema Kagti’s Talaash, Nawaz chose to remind Aamir about sharing screen space with him for the first time in his debut film.
In fact, Aamir too got so involved in listening to Nawaz that he even took a break from his shoot to chat with him. The actor says, “In fact, Aamir sir had only recommended my name for Talaash. Even during Peepli, I didn’t tell him about Sarfarosh. But when I did, both of us had a long chat about how hard work can take people places.”
