New Delhi: Actor Aamir Khan's brother Faisal Khan's custody case will be heard on Monday.
His father, Tahir Hussain, had told a Bandra court on Friday that he is unable to take care of his younger son because he is a producer.
Hussain urged the court to give Faisal's custody to his elder son Aamir Khan.
On October 1, the metropolitan magistrate court in Mumbai had awarded Faisal's custody to Tahir Hussain, overruling Aamir Khan's claims.
The custody battle began, after Faisal said that Aamir had made him a prisoner in his house and was forcing him to take medicines for paranoid schizophrenia, although he was perfectly normal.
