BollyBuzz: What's up in B town

New Delhi: In CNN-IBN's wrap of what's buzzing in Bollywood, see why Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan were screaming Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao and it all happened while the couple were shooting for a film in Kerala.

JUMBO TROUBLE

After delays due to ill health of the director, change in the cinematographer, extensive reshooting, there's fresh trouble for Mani Ratnam's Raavan. The recent one involves Kunju, an elephant which ran amok after participating in the shoot with Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai in the jungles of Chalakudy in Kerala.

While the mahout was trampled to death by the elephant, the film's crew members escaped unhurt. However, the elephant blocked the road for a while and as a result the team - including Aishwarya and Abhishek - had to reportedly spend the night in the jungle.

ADULTS ONLY PLEASE

Vishal Bhardwaj is an angry man these days. The director wanted U/A certificate for his forthcoming film Kaminey, but the Censor Board has gone ahead and slapped it with an Adults only certificate.

This came after getting a revising committee to take a second look at the film. According to the Censor Board, Kaminey is too violent and has a dark theme that's meant for adults only.

There is some good news for writer director Anurag Kashyap. The man behind films like Black Friday and Dev D has been invited to be part of the international jury at the Venice Film Festival which will be headed by filmmaker Ang Lee. This comes right after Danny Boyle's offer to produce Anurag Kashyap's next ambitious project based on Mumbai city. As they say, nothing suceeds like success.
