HYDERABAD: With an aim of inculcating a spirit of national integration among the people, Abhinaya, a theatre group will hold Abhinaya National Theatre Festival in the city. The seventh edition of this multi-lingual drama festival will offer a treat to theatre lovers in the city and also act as a platform for aspiring actors, across the country. In this confection, they are inviting applications from interested associations, along with their full details on or before June 30, 2012.
Plays of all languages are invited and plays with experimental nature with technical values are preferred. For this, a video CD with a recording of the performance of the play or a DVD along with synopsis of the should be sent to Abhinaya National Theatre Festival 2012, C/O Abhinaya, 6-1-747/1, Khairatabad, Hyderabad -500004, Andhra Pradesd, India. Result of selection will be communicated to the applicant by June 30 2012. Food and accommodation will be provided by the group, free of cost and the remuneration for performance will be paid to the association on the day of performance.The group is also conducting another National Multilingual Theatre Festival at Tirupati.
