Mumbai: Filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor, who is gearing up for the release of his next film 'Kai Po Che!', says he is looking forward to give break to new talents in various departments in all his upcoming films.
"Going forward, I will work and give break to new talent in whichever department it may be - from actors, technicians, script-writers, if someone has a great idea or is a great performer or is superb at any job he or she does and is a newcomer with no foothold in the industry," Kapoor told IANS.
"I want to work with them as I have seen the hunger and the passion that debutants have - they have a point to prove," he added.

Abhishek is looking forward to give break to new talents in various departments in all his upcoming films.
In 'Kai Po Che!', which is an adaptation of Chetan Bagat's 'The 3 Mistakes of My Life', has worked with young talents like Sushant Singh Rajput, Amit Sadh and Rajkumar Yadav.
He had launched Farhan Akhtar as an actor in 'Rock On!!', while with his new film Kapoor has given Sushant his Bollywood launchpad.
"Look at Sushant, Amit Sadh and Rajkumar Yadav from 'Kai Po Che!'. I'm proud to have worked with these youngsters who are a powerhouse of talent," said Kapoor.
The director is also happy about the fact that the film will be screened at the Berlin International Film Festival, and says it would be great if even other filmmakers introduce new stars in their movies.
"We are going to Berlin with the film, which is a huge honor for me and these youngsters. It would be great if directors like Anurag Basu, Rajkumar Hirani, Imtiaz Ali introduce new stars in their movies - we could change the dynamics of the Indian film industry forever," he said.
'Kai Po Che!' will release on Feb 22.
