Farhan - who now has two successful films behind him as an actor - is also planning to return to the director's chair with Don 2, a sequel to his last film starring Shah Rukh Khan. And no Farhan doesn't believe in acting in his own films.
"The cast is final. Shah Rukh Khan is playing Don again and we are using most of the earlier cast members along with a whole lot of new actors," says he.
Though Farhan maintains that direction will always remain his first love, he admits that being an actor has taught him a lot about filmmaking too.
"Acting has made me sympathise with actors more. I can understand what they are going through and it has taught me the importance of a good director," he admits.
But before working on the sequel to Don, Farhan the actor will first complete shooting for Karthik Calling Karthik, a psychological thriller opposite Deepika Padukone.
