Girish Kumar is making his debut with 'Ramaiya Vastavaiya', opposite actress Shruti Haasan. The film is produced by his father Kumar S Taurani, the Managing Director of Tips Industries Limited. Actor-filmmaker Prabhudeva, whose action ventures 'Wanted' and 'Rowdy Rathore' turned out to be box-office successes, directed both the original 'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana' and its Hindi remake 'Ramaiya Vastavaiya'. A. Prabhu sir, told me to first get some training on Bollywood numbers, so I did. I pursued acting course before.

A. The message is just love everybody, be it brother, your parents or sister. Love is a basic universal emotion.

A. I tried to keep balance on both, but focused on acting more.

A. As an actor, I have to focus on my work.

A. No, it will help my movie. Music is being appreciated. The film has family quotient to it, it's different.

A. It's very different, the characters and screen play makes the movie different.

A. As long as the audience is happy, that's what matters actually.

A. It was very fulfilling, I had a very good time.

A. I think its about connecting with people, we are Indians at the end of the day, its not region. The emotions are same everywhere.
