Jamshedpur: BJP's prime ministerial candidate L K Advani
on Thursday used cricketing tools to criticize his opponents, mainly the
Congress.
Addressing a public rally here this evening, Mr Advani said'' When Dhoni, Sachin and Yuvraj hit centuries, cricket fans maintain their record but there are some who also get out on zero and their record is also maintained.
Similarly post emergency in the elections of 1977 the Congress could not open its account in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh despite both states having 54 and 85 seats respectively.''
This is also a record which no one can break, he added. Adding further he said that the party did manage to open its account in Madhya Pradesh but it was scored of a no ball and not with the bat.
