New Delhi: Adding to the glitz at the first ever men's fashion week of the country, Bollywood actors Aftab Shivdasani and Dino Morea dazzled at the ramp on the third day of the Van Heusen India Men's Week.
The duo was joined by their upcoming film Acid Factory producer Sanjay Gupta to walk the ramp for Samant Chauhan's collection inspired by the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
Sporting a mauve shirt with cream trousers and a matching jacket flung over his shoulders, Aftab walked with his signature dimpled smile.
Dino, who had earlier walked the ramp for Manoviraj Khosla on the first day of the three-day extravaganza, made his entry wearing a cream coloured long overcoat, the Pirates style, in keeping with the theme of the collection.
"Sanjay makes men-oriented films, and he is the best person to initiate or promote men's fashion," said designer Samant Chauhan.
"Although my collection is inspired by the Pirates of the Caribbean, I have kept it light and cool for the summers," he added.
"Fashion follows the icons and when people like Dino and Aftab walk the ramp we don't need anybody else. Sanjay has given a lot of opportunity to Indian fashion in his films and is very encouraging," said Sunil Sethi, Chairman, FDCI.
