Click to play videoMumbai: Filmmaker Dibakar Bannerjee is busy shooting a promotional video for his new film Oye Lucky Lucky Oye.
His second film after the successful Khosla Ka Ghosla is another comedy starring Abhay Deol and Neetu Chandra in lead roles along with Paresh Rawal in a triple role.
And like his last film, Dibakar has set this one in Delhi again.
“I grew up in Delhi and nobody calls anyone by his name. You never call anyone by name you always add an oye, abey, arey… So that describes the place where I come from and also describes where the character of this film comes from,” Dibakar said.
Abhay plays the title role of a guy called Lucky, who leads a double life, one of a hard working guy in a motor garage and the other of a con man.
“He is an average lower middle glass guy from Delhi and jaise maine kaha ki ek line me batana ho to he steals himself a life, to usme jitna clues main de sakta hoon, de raha hoon,” Abhay said.
The film's shooting is almost complete and it will release by the end of this year.
