Mumbai: Bollywood's top three Khans are everywhere. While Shah Rukh is basking in the success of Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, Aamir is busy promoting his new film Ghajini and Salman is far behind trying to get a pre-release buzz going for his under production project Veer.
Now even if the Khans seem busy doing their own thing, they do make time to take pot shots at each other.
Here's what Shah Rukh had to say when he saw the staff of a multiplex sporting the Ghajini look while he was busy pushing Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi'.
“I think it's a good strategy. You take the biggest brand in the country, that is SRK, and then use that platform to publicise yourself. I think Aamir rocks. The problem is that I cannot use another brand because there is no one bigger than me,” Shah Rukh Khan said.
That was almost under the belt but ask Aamir why he and King Khan have never teamed up for a film yet and pat comes the reply.
“Shah Rukh Khan is scared to work with me. What to do. The last time we met he kept insisting we have to do a movie,” Aamir replied.
Talk about running scared. Well, Aamir was the first to take potshots at the King Khan using his blog, where he called SRK a dog, which in reality was the name of the caretakers dog in Panchgini.
On his blog he wrote: "Shahrukh is licking my feet and I am feeding him biscuits every now and then."
Meanwhile here’s how Salman Khan reacted when he was asked to take off his t-shirt by fans at an event in Mumbai.
“Nowadays Aamir khan is taking his T-shirt off. I will come back in Veer,” Salman Khan said.
Salman and Shahrukh have been taking potshots at each other after the much-publicised spat at Katrina’s birthday in July early this year.
But now six and eight pack abs are what's getting all the Khans competing for these days.
“We all keep saying that we are friends, we talk, hang out, I even showed my six packs to other actors. They also showed me theirs. Please don't take that wrongly. It’s nothing sexual. We just like to show off our six packs to each other,” Shah Rukh said.
"So we have mutually admired each other but I don't think there is any competition like that. It's quite silly that 40 year olds compete with each other over six packs,” he added.
