Patna: Close on the heels of seizure of 300 kg of bomb making materials from an abandoned truck in the city on Saturday night, security personnel on Sunday seized a huge cache of firearms and ammunition from a house in Patna.

Special Task Force (STF) Superintendent of Police Prakash Sinha told PTI that six country made carbines, eight semi-prepared carbines, two country made pistols, 7221 live cartridges, fifty detonators, and other chemicals used for making bombs were seized from the rented part of a house owned by a retired government employee.
