Ahmedabad: As Ahmedabad tries to recover from the blasts that shook the city and left the rest of the country shocked, CNN-IBN talks to a victim of this attack and sees the terror through his eyes.

Even as Raoji bhai, a victim of the Ahmedabad blasts, limps out of the civil hospital, the irony of the situation has not escaped him. Just hours ago, it was him wheeling in blast victims into the building.

"I was helping people out, I was just taking a body inside the hospital when the bomb blast occurred. People standing next to got hurt and fell while I ran to save my life," recalls Raoji.

Raoji is among the lucky few as he has escaped with minor injuries. The twin blast at the civil hospital that tore down the trauma centre-optional has left a trail of death and destruction, chaos and grief.

Over 100 people have been injured so far and over 30 are dead. Even the MLA of the region was not spared.

"Normally such an incident would gather crowds volunteers and that is what was the most dangerous part," says Health Minister Jaynarayan Vyas.

Ahmedabad may limp back to normalcy but for those who lost their loved ones it's a small consolation.
