New Delhi: The Air India pilots union on Friday threatened to go on strike claiming that they were being discriminated against.
The union has as many as 400 pilots from erstwhile Air India.
The pilots have alleged that no career progression plan is in place.
They said that the erstwhile Indian Airlines pilots were being given priority for 787 dreamliner training.
A decision on the strike will be taken by ballot.
However, some of the pilots have already reported sick for duty in batches.
