It looks like there's some serious confusions with 'Billa 2's release date. Inside sources tell us that there was a meeting convened this evening (June 18) to inform distributors that the release date has been pushed but none of the dates were listed even as probabilities.
This hasn't gone down too well with the distributors in and around the state who are miffed that the makers aren't utilizing the right release date since Hollywood biggies like 'The Amazing Spiderman' are releasing shortly and currently the film can avail occupancy in 200 centers, while usually its only 100 centers.
However, few other reliable sources express that there are few technical problems with the print of 'Billa 2' and that's why they are unable to release it immediately and that the makers are using the 'U/A' / 'A' certification confusion as an excuse.
Whatever it may be, we'll have to wait for an official announcement from Sunir Kheterpal of In Entertainment which will put a full stop to these endless rumors cropping in from every corner.
If only, the South sticks to announced release dates like in the North. A release date game has always been on for any big starrer, especially that of Vijay's and Ajith's. This only tampers the enthusiasm of movie goers and fans considering these are stars with huge fan bases.
