Mumbai: Mumbai Police now have more evidence that all the 10 terrorists involved in the terror attack came from Pakistan.

While three of them were from Okara, three were from Multan, two from Faislabad, and one each from Sialkot and Dera Ismail Khan.

Also a 9 mm pistol recovered from one of the killed terrorist bears the mark of a Pakistani manufacturer.

Meanwhile, the arrested terrorist Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab has expressed a desire to write to his parents saying he wants to explain his misdoings. The Mumbai crime branch is considering the request.

"He (Kasab) expressed his desire to write a letter to his parents. He wants to write the letter saying he was misled by the group," Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Rakesh Maria said.

"Ajmal told us this two days ago and we are examining it," he said.

Kasab has also identified all the other terrorists killed by the security forces. They are Abu Ali, Fahad, Shoaibh, Omar, Abdul Rehman Bada, Abu Umar, Abu Akasha, Ismail Khan and Rehman Chhota.
