New Delhi:Al Qaeda's second in command, Ayman al-Zawahiri, has managed to escape in spite of the $25 million reward on his name.
Though Pakistan's military succeeded in tracing the location of Ayman al-Zawahiri, it was not able to catch him.
The adviser to the Pakistan’s Prime Minister on internal affairs Rahman Malik said that they had received information about Zawahiri and his wife in the Mohmand Agency, in northwestern Pakistan. But in spite of the raids they said the leader managed to give security forces the slip.
Malik also added that Ayman is in Mohmand Agency mostly in Kunar and Paktika both in Afghanistan
