Railway police are to question three senior employees of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group.
This is a new twist to the mystery surrounding the death of the Airworks’ employee.
The Railway Police have reportedly questioned top ADAG officials.
Reports say that those in the line of questioning include top ADAG security official and ex-DGP of Maharashtra state Kamal Kishore Kashyap and another ADAG security official in the list is ex Assistant Commissioner of Police Shailesh Kale.
It is also reported that ADAG aviation head Mrs Gaekwad is being questioned.
One Airworks aviation officer and Airworks' Air Wing Commander will also be questioned.
While the railway police are trying to gauge the exact reason for Borge's death, the Mumbai crime branch investigating into the sabotage attempt case has more or less concluded its initial work. It is alleged that the sabotage attempt may be fallout of a long standing dispute between the employees’ union and the Airworks’ management.
According to crime branch sources, their investigations indicate that a disgruntled Airworks employee may have placed the pebbles as a revenge for disputed pay revision.
Air Works and employees’ union are locked in an ongoing legal battle in the industrial court and in the High court.
Crime branch is expected to make an official announcement of the case being solved in the next couple of days.
